Hello again it’s EsportsDS back again with another professional League of Legends stats post. A little background, last summer I started a personal project to collect and analyze data on professional league of legends games. I scraped data from lol.esportswikis.com and used python scripts to analyze the data from over 12,000 pro matches. No I’m partnered with LOLSUMO, a League of Legends coaching app to provide statistical coverage of the World Championship.
This time I’ve collected ton of data from the first two weeks of the world championship. Throughout the group stage there has been 50 games and that’s enough games to look at a collection of cool statistics.
