Texas officer says blacks have 'violent tendencies'

"Black people I want you to listen up, and listen good cause I know you don't listen to well to instructions. I know we enslaved your people for years which put you at an economic disadvantage when we finally decided to give you some rights, I know we've introduced drugs in your communities to make sure you cant rise up and become our equals. I know we've killed your black men in the past that took father's out of homes, left single mothers to take care of the families, we did give y'all welfare though (even though we criticize you for using to much of it).

"I know we still to this day give our niece's nephews cousins second cousins sons and daughters jobs instead of you, but what did you expect we have to look out for our own."

"Now here's where I need you to listen real good, you understand? I know we've done all that but some of y'all are starting to have a little to many violent tendencies so we're gonna have to shoot you anytime we think that there may be a threat or something ya hear?"

That's the argument I'm hearing in this thread. That's how I feel based off of a lot of the comments made.
