Exactly. i said in another comment:

honestly what i do isn't really meditation, i mean there are a lot of similarities, but essentially meditation is about observing your thoughts go by but without interacting with them, so they don't affect you. mine is about watching closely for the bad thoughts that will harm you and have no benefit, and then destroying them.

my philosophy isn't concerned with a lot of the stuff meditation is, and i know a lot of people prefer meditation as it feels more natural and connected with the universe type stuff. my philosophy is designed as someone who suffered greatly and wanted to overcome it, and also wants to achieve great things in life and recognizes that mental blocks will hold you back 1000x more effectively than any physical block will. it is a lot more cold and mechanical than meditation, and doesn't have the exact same goals, although there certainly is a lot of overlap. but yeah you're absolutely right, no argument there, what i do is fundamentally not meditation, although i studied meditation a lot and took a lot of things from it in creating mine, they are two separate things
