Victory Sunday

I've avoided lifting for years because of numerous nagging injuries that have bothered me for well over a decade. But I abstained from almost all exercise other than low impact cardio over the entire pandemic, and I felt pretty healed up and refreshed. So I said fuck it, and dove head first into a full routine to see how it goes with no expectation that I'd be able to sustain it. I've now been on Phrak's GSLP for two months, and other than some transient tightness and mild soreness my old injuries haven't bothered me whatsoever and I've been making solid consistent progress on all my lifts. I'm so fucking excited to make up for a decade of lost gains.
