Go back to your essential oils and herbalife supplements and scream about GMOs and wheat and everything that has allowed humanity to thrive being bad for you. If it's not falling on deaf ears, it's falling on dumb ears. This is part my profession and was my field of study in college. Is it the best thing you can eat? No. Is it okay, and still beneficial as part of a balanced diet? Yes.
