It's not done to be predatory, its done because there are more similarities than differences, isn't that why anyone gets together? Wtf would I do with the average girl my age? Go wine tasting? I barely have a job let alone a career or tons of money. The shit I do and my hobbies are more in-line with someone younger. I'm not saying someone who is 17, this girl happened to be 17, I didn't go out of my way to look for it. Now I am 31 and obviously wouldn't date someone of this age, but I saw no problem with it a few years ago, considering also that I look quite young and no one so much as took a second look, it didnt look weird at all, because it wasn't.
