Is there anywhere in Asia where white guys DON'T exist?

It would be nice if Asian countries were more rigid when it comes to visitors. I like the way the Bhutan handles travel to their country. It's restricted. There are rules:

Travel to the Kingdom of Bhutan is highly regulated under the policy "High Value, Low Impact Tourism" in order to minimize the impact on the country's unique society and environment. Bhutanese policy ensures that only a limited number of tourists enter the country at any one time, preventing it from being overwhelmed by mass tourism and thus altering its character...

Speaking of Bhutan. They have an amazing royal couple. King Jigme(https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/da/King_Jigme_Khesar_Namgyel_Wangchuck_(edit).jpg) and Queen Jetsun Pema.
