Unpopular opinion here----

I've been on and off with a handful of accounts since 2004 ish timeframe. I loved the OSHD graphics when they came out, and thought it was cool, and hope it comes back with as much nostalgia as we all hope.

However, ultimately, it's not runelite's game, its Runescape. If runelite team was employed by osrs, with this job delegated as a task, and then this happened I could understand why people would be upset, but it's not their game, why should they get a say?

Maybe think of it as a product you created and sell, and someone else wants to change it and say they made it better, so you should use it or "we will all be upset"

It's just business... if you've ever been in any type of competitive sales/any job you'd understand a bit what I mean, at least I'd think so..

Maybe Runelite has a opportunity to create their own game and have full ownership?
