Thanks. Saw your question and their response as well. It is by far the best info I’ve seen on this (as opposed to all the other posts speculating on what it means). One thing I’d like to suggest adding in your response would be something along the lines of:

As a customer who relies on your widget to act on trades, I need to know that your system is reliable and is not providing me with incomplete and inaccurate information which could potentially result in me making trades that are based on erroneous information. If this is, like you said, a reporting error, could you please advise when this bug will be fixed and point me to the release notes on I can verify that the system is indeed reliable and of sufficient integrity for my trade on? Thank you!
