Those who earn £60k plus, what do you do for a living?

I am 23 and earn £55k: £60k with bonus (depends on firm and personal performance).

I am a risk quant at an investment bank and have a bachelors and masters degree. Honestly it’s an ok job, I’ll be on £80k-£100k in 4-5 years, and it’s a standard 9-5 hours with not too much stress. But I do want to move. The bonuses are typically 10-20% of base salary which is mediocre for an IB job compared to client facing roles. Also the work, whilst not stressful, is a bit tedious and I feel like it’s a job to move into when you have kids and a family. I want to also be on a salary of £200k-£300k in my 40’s-50’s and this job I can realistically only get to £170k-£200k, which is quite mediocre (my team is full of people with PhD’s and masters and years of experience) and in many other roles, you’d hit £200k+ after 5-10 years, albeit the work is more stressful.
