TIL Iran pays people to donate kidneys, and has no waiting list for kidney transplantation

Keto isn't hard on the kidneys

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1169452/

sugar is hard on the kidneys, thats why

Protein is much harder on the kidneys, thats why people with kidney disease are put on a lower protein diet. Diabetics are at risk for cardiac complications because high blood glucose is damaging to vessels and nerves; a non-diabetic has a properly working pancreas and is able to use insulin properly, their glucose is controled and they do not experience the damage a diabetic does because their glucose remains much more stable.

But if your doc says your good, I'm happy for you. Enjoy life. Kudos on the kidney donation, i'm sure someone is very thankful of you.
