You are stunningly beautiful just as you are. I am not sure more weight loss would be good. I know it is possible to learn to maintain a very low body fat while working out hard and eating very healthy. It is even possible to lift weights and build sexy muscle, without adding any fat, in a healthy way. I know this because I have learned how to do it.

Maybe something like Lean Gains would work for you, where you skip most meals, but then eat a substantial number of calories in a 4-6 hour window. This is called Intermittent fasting and is discussed on a lot of exercise subreddits as a way to build muscle, train hard, run, and maintain very low levels of body fat.

These people figure out exactly how many calories they need in a day to maintain their body fat at a certain low percentage, then they target these macros (calorie goals). This way it is well planned and thought out, and healthy. What I worry about is that you are just skipping as many meals as possible, which is a haphazard approach and not a good way to go about being healthy at a low body fat.

I know that there is a way for you to maintain your low body fat levels in a really healthy way because many of us on the fitness subreddits do it and discuss it, and I hope you figure it out because you are beautiful the way you are, but I hope you can stay beautiful in a healthy manner.
