Tonight I reached a point w/ Destiny that I never thought I'd hit. (mini rant).

'Good riddance' infers that you will be better off with OP's departure..how exactly? Sure, it's an extreme reaction, but he is an indication of what is happening to our player base, which currently is at an all time low, and not just because of a content drought. I watched 2 top streamers running trials last night who both ended early because of awful lag..one was beaten at game 8 by a Titan performing what can only be described as olympic standard gymnastics. The clan i am part of is made up of Reddit moderators,Trials and raid sherpa's and Destiny world record holders and include 5 who had private test build's to test the April update...they raised issues with the current state of Destiny but were ignored...currently,none of these guys is playing Destiny. We,as a community, have raised valid issues with bungie but are always met with lukewarm responses...damage referee is a classic example. Bungie's latest twitch reveal shows how desperate Activision are becoming to recover player numbers..we need bungie to sharpen up to bring the game and its population back to where it was in yr1 not a free rocket launcher and Liberace's sparrow as a blatent bribe for the masses. I agree with you that OP's response is unwarranted with RoI about to drop but the depth of feeling towards the current failures among the games top players is undeniable...when i see one of the worlds best players turn of his stream to play another game it speaks volumes. On a personal level, for the first time since day one,i stopped playing IB at rank 5 on my 1st character, not because of loot drops, lag or any other contentious issue, but because i no longer enjoy it.
