He was just joking around though, he wasn't hurting anyone.. I'm sure most of the people in the office got a good laugh out of it besides the few prudes who took offense and reported it. It's such a human thing for guys to fuck around and tease eachother. it's so much better to work in an environment like that opposed to the opposite where you're literally dehumanized and afraid to even make eye-contact with a female coworker in fear of being fired for sexual harassment. I get how slapping someones balls could be too far for a professional company but if non of the ball-slapies had a problem with it then why should he be fired for it when he can just stop doing it?
