This is far more CPU horsepower focused, but it's what you need. Saved a bit of money here and there, and tried to take into account you spending some dough on a key.

I'd have rather gotten a modular PSU into the build, but it was a necessary sacrifice. Still a decent unit! Just need to be clever with the cable managing.
