TW: not sure how long I can take it anymore

Exactly, don’t give up just manage each of your symptoms individually and know that it gradually gets better….. now that you know what’s going on with you just manage each of your symptoms individually with what you can do…. Whatever you have do your research you seem smart that you can figure out what medication or vitamin or supplement might help relieve a certain issue that’s going on with you, I have found a few things that work for me if you want to know you can ask me…. It’s been since December 2019 for me and January 2020 and I can tell you that it gets better but it takes a long time for some people… attacked my brain in my nervous system and it messed up a lot of things for me too…. It also just makes me have information on my legs we all have the mood swings and even weird symptoms we can’t even talk about it’s hard to talk about…. Although I didn’t need you to know that it gets better you need to heal on environment that is supportive to you….. I know how it feels to not really have a supportive environment or friends that understand you or family that understands you so you have to do everything you can to be strong for yourself and to just know that most days are going to be better than other days it’s just you have to just keep trying, keep pushing yourself… do you research and find out what medications are gonna work for you go to a pain management clinic if you have to go to different places that are going to make you feel OK. I have noticed increased anxiety with this situation because of course we would have anxiety because our system is malfunctioning but if they knew how we feel inside sometimes I feel like I’m getting tasered, I never been tasered but I assume that’s what it feels like I own a taser but I’ve never been tasered…. It’s horrible…. Just know that it gets better, most days are better than others.
