If you want a good job I will tell you a secret. Be the most charismatic and passionate person they have ever seen. Google THE FUCK out of the company and the major players that are interviewing you. Use their Facebook (only if public) and Linked In and Twitter and Google to find things about them. Don't be weird by pulling up tiny little details but find enough about the company and the people and use that in your interview. If you Google enough you can formulate an incredibly awesome statement to make at the interview on how you can make them better. Play into their weaknesses and explain how you can help make that better. I am not shitting you. I could go on all day about how to land a good job. I have been there and done that and know EXACTLY the type of person everyone wants. It is a person who can easily connect with ALL people in the company and especially the target audience. You need to excite your interviewers and they should be blown away at the research you have done. But not in any weird way. Fuck. I am good at this. I get what EVERY company wants. You just need to be super excited about it and know them and know how YOU will make them better without being a cocky dickhead.
