U.S. Birth Rate Hovers at All-Time Low, CDC Reports: MedlinePlus

Its one of those agencies within the DoD that is run by 'civilians' that are almost exclusively lifers and the children of lifers. My contract job has completely stagnated, and things have devolved into our company being basically a scapegoat for any problem. We try recording incidents, we get told its illegal for us to do that. Once every month we go over 'the rules', otherwise known as 'things we have to do that nobody else does'.

We can't report anything because of retaliation. Not just that but apparently we're constantly retaliating, since -any- time we file a complaint, it comes back that we were being reported as being rude 'before the complaint was made'.

There are people who i work in the same building with who won't say anything. 10 people who won't say ANYTHING on the record. The person who runs the place has been investigated multiple times. I work with a trans person, and they were out of work for a month because when the head person went on vacation, the replacement left threatening phone calls saying that the trans person would be arrested for sexual assault if they used the restroom the head lady had preapproved for their use. Nothing but some speaker coming down to hear a bunch of people saying 'that person is against my religion!!' over and over all day, with no punishment or firings handed out.

I don't know what legal structure my place falls under, all i know is that nothing anyone does makes the bullying stop, and 'just ignore it' is the creed and motto of everyone who works here below management level, regardless of employer.

The HR department of my company has said more than once 'Maybe when the head passion retires we'll get someone nicer running this place'. Like I said, that's great for you. We're just wondering how long before we're pushed out.
