UC Berkeley ranked No. 2 public university in the country by Times Higher Education World Rankings, UCLA ranked No. 1

lol you're no fun. my peers would facepalm at me if they found me picking on a kid but hey its a UCLA kid peacocking in the berkeley subreddit can you really blame me? :D i have friends and family in UCLA currently and for decades. i visit the campus more than a dozen times a year and i know quite a few faculty in anderson. i very well know the strengths of UCLA and there were plenty of points for you to make.

instead you chose to defend something specific with shaky arguments at best when there were a lot of evidence that showed the contrary yet you continued to push forward and i knew you had no come back after linking a credible source so why not trigger you a little more so you'll pull out a word like prideful so i have an excuse to pummel u for it the next reply if you didnt have a solid counter argument; its fair game in biz school and in the real world fyi. I was ready to pivot any time but you had more emotional investment into your argument for whatever reason. If i were to assume you're class of 2021 you have more reason to be insecure than someone who has left Cal ages ago. You're the one whos going to pay tuition and be physically at that location taking classes breathing the air there so using the insecurity card wasnt a good choice.

If you have explored the impacted majors at Cal as a college applicant, looked at my tag or you've googled haashole before you wouldnt have taken such an obvious bait, no one on this reddit or knows about it would have. If you take this conversation to anderson they'll tell you my very first reply was already a bait and you just pounced right at it with zero reservations even revealing that ur from silicon valley... lol. Im not even a CS major or an EECS major and its not like they need me to speak for them. Their ability speak for themselves. Not to mention its mostly the engineering programs at Cal that get the tech jobs not the CS, so the fact you said "UCLA CS majors" as a counter was nuff said.

a few years from now if you think back you'll see things with a lot more clarity. oh wells baby steps. what a boring week didnt even get to scratch the itch, at least the weekend is here. you can be on your way now, ciao.
