ughhh I just want to get a gun and wipe out all the white racists alive

I don't know exactly what I want to say here so excuse me if I ramble. I guess to start off with, I am a white person myself. Since I have never had to experience some of the racism and bigotry directed against your people, I doubt I could ever truly understand exactly how you feel, but I'll try my best to understand. I myself find it strange and disgusting at times how ignorant some white people are regarding some of these issues. There is a big culture now, at least on the internet, of Anti-Political Correctness, that just seems to promote this ignorance at times and disregard the complexity of these issues. But the way to solve it is not through violence and anger. Those who are bigoted will use it against you. In recent years the KKK has employed this tactic, holding rallies to intentionally provoke colored people so that they would retaliate. These bigots would then use this to say, "Look, this proves that they are just violent animals," and unfortunately this tactic is successful in convincing people to join them. It is a hard road eliminating the bigotry that has become ingrained in our society after years of systematic oppression, but the best solution, at least as far as I can see, is the peaceful road. Great men like the reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., who is both one of my personal heros and perhaps one of my greatest inspirations in life, are remembered so favorably because when oppression and tyranny struck him he refused to fall, and he did not raise his hand to hit it back. This pulled the curtains back and let people see this oppression for what it truly is, a monster that attacks defenseless men, women and, children. And that's why so many people stood by Dr. King, people of all races, because they began to see oppression as the evil it truly is. Unfortunately, this didn't fix everything. There is still a lot left to fix, but it can be and it will be fixed.

All that being said, I would like to add that anybody can be racist. I understand that this must be a very sensitive topic for you but I still feel it's one worth addressing. Whenever you begin to associate all people belonging to a group because of factors out of their control with anything negative, you run the risk of becoming bigoted yourself. You said that a few days ago you posted that you thought all white people were racist, but you can't let yourself fall victim to these thoughts. That's exactly what hate groups like the KKK want you to believe so that they can convince more people to rally around them. In this subreddit, whenever you put something in the comments it says, "Please remember the person you are talking to is a human..." That's not something any of us can let ourselves forget, we are all human, we are all on this earth together, and though things can be hard, we need to learn to work together for the common good. We all need to learn that there is no black vs white, there is just human vs human, and how petty is it for the same kind to work for the destruction of one another.

There are ups and downs in life, and there will be moments like this when you feel like the whole world is against you and your people, but we can't let ourselves forget we are all human. Trust that there will always be white people that will stand by your people against the oppression you have to face. Trust that if the day comes that you have to stand at the end of the barrel of a cops gun I will not let you face that alone, I will be by your side and if I die and I will die happy knowing that my death meant that another person could live, and that we could finally find an end to the oppression that is tearing humanity apart. I hope things get better for you man, good luck. The future is in our hands.
