If you're trying to make rural folk not seem like simpletons, this isn't helping. You don't understand education and don't seem to value gender studies, yet try to defend people from rural areas by saying that their value in the modern world is only if the modern world collapses? That makes no sense.

Nobody is putting down country people, I'm just pointing out that I've personally had worse experiences in terms of racism and sexism in rural areas. Those still exist in cities, but it's worse in rural areas.
