Unknowingly sent $ via cash app to someone

On what grounds would you seek the money from him at court? There was no contract, and there was no fraud. As far as his end goes, he received a gratuitous transfer. And maybe, when you contacted him, he might have thought you were trying to scam him in some way (it’s not uncommon to scam people by sending them money, asking for reimbursement, and then cancelling the original transfer).

You harassing him and having your friends harass him over the phone/internet could potentially land you in some serious criminal trouble. And showing up to his family’s house could be even worse (and could potentially result in your death, depending on how whomever lives at the house responds). Simply put, that shit is a bad idea.
