Wow, I can’t believe I read all of that but I had to confirm that other people have the same dog park frustrations as me. And you did. I’m going to take this chance to add onto your rant.
1) You punk ass old bitties with your tiny white fluffy dogs really piss me off. FIRST OF ALL, YOU AREN’T SUPPOSED TO LET YOUR DOG OFF THE LEASH BEFORE ENTERING THE PARK. YOUR DOG WAS TAUNTING MINE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE FENCE AND THAT’S WHAT CREATED TENSION BETWEEN THEM. And THEN, once you walked in and started looming over my dogs and giving them stern for barking looks THEY FUCKING BARKED AT YOU BECAUSE YOU THREATENED THEM WITH YOUR BODY LANGUAGE YOU OLD BAG. And then you have the nerve to say, “Oh wow, your dogs are VERY vocal!” Really? Don’t insult me. You’re ruining all the hard work and training I’ve done to get them to be less reactive to strangers with your yappy mutt and poor behavior around them. Why don’t people learn about dog body language when they get one? If a dog is barking at you, it probably feels threatened. STOP STARING AT IT.
2) Weird guy who wants to play frisbee with everyone, stop! Just stop. I came here for my dogs to play with other dogs. I don’t like frisbee, I don’t like games that involve hand eye coordination, especially not in public. And when people refuse to play with you, STOP THROWING THE FUCKING FRISBEE AT THEM. You hit that poor guy in the face. Not cool.
3) I have to say sorry to that couple that brought tennis balls for their dog and my dog stole them and then we continued to play with them. I completely didn’t realize they were yours until we left. I was like, I wonder why those balls were so clean and new? Because all the ones left at the park are always ratty and slobbery. And then it hit me. My dog is a thief and brought me your new tennis balls. I’m really sorry.
