There is no reason to get a Z170 motherboard if you're not overclocking and specially using a dual core CPU. a B150/H110 motherboard would do the job perfectly and you're also saving money in that department.
Also, for that much budget, i'd suggest going with an i5 instead. most of these games you listed and something that you might play in the future such as triple A games could benefit from a quad core CPU instead of a dual core.
For the PSU i'd suggest going for an EVGA G2 instead of the NEX. if you're willing to drop 100 watts to meet the same price of that EVGA NEX you could get the EVGA G2 550W instead.
I don't know if the case is your personal choice or budget orietated, but the NZXT S340 is one of the best looking and best selling cases out there with the same price range.
