The ”I went vegan but it made me ill”-starter pack

Meat is an incredibly important part of your diet, and most vegans or vegetarians will have negative health benefits long after the diet is done improving their lives. Temporary (month or greater) bouts of veganism is incredibly healthy, but it’s almost impossible to be in peak condition as a vegan without truly massive amounts of supplements and special foods, not just B12 pills. Also every vegan I know no matter how good their diet is incredibly unhealthy and gets hurt or sick (and stays that way) far more often and longer than any of the omnivores I know. Even a carnivore diet is better for you than veganism in terms of health benefits, also muscles (the clam thing) feel less pain than plants do (That’s right, some plants do feel pain)

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
