We're officially at the mid season break. Post your team's player grades here.

Williams: B+. - Playing with a lot of confidence, has stayed healthy for the most part, contributing great on offense and is a halfway decent defender. A great fit in Carlisle's system and is a good veteran presence at the PG position.

Matthews: B-. - He is still recovering from his injury, you can tell. His defense started off great but we've had so many back to backs, you can tell he's fatigued. His offense also started to struggle recently. However, he is still playing good considering the circumstances and certainly looks to be the 3&D guard we've wanted for a long time.

Parsons: B. - Started the year off slow, as he was also recovering from a serious offseason surgery. However, he has been playing great the past few weeks. Has been scoring over 20, averaging a good amount of assists and picking up a decent clip of rebounds. His ball handling and facilitating drives the offense effectively and his defense is getting better and better, as his length naturally makes him a good horizontal defender. Trending upward, will likely be a A by the end of the year.

Dirk: B+. - Great on offense once again. Being old as shit, not good at defense for the most part, however he can handle low-post defense to an extend and can still use his height to his advantage on defense. Don't really need to say much else about Dirk.

ZaZa: A-. - Exactly the kind of center this team needed. Routinely gets double doubles, is a great passer, knows how to work on the elbow, defense is good, and he is tough as hell. Smart player. Can sometimes make dumb plays, but it's not often that happens. Good leadership and good example on how to hustle all the time and give maximum effort.

Barea: C+. - Has filled in nicely when we have been short on PG's. Takes too many bad shots, iso's too much, and is not a good defender. But he can light a spark off the bench and knows the system well.

Harris: C+. - Injured a little here and there. Poor shooting so far this season but has shown he is still a very capable defender and he looks faster than he has in a long time. Coupled with Barea, Harris has deep playoff experience and adds a good veteran leadership to younger players on the team and can slow the game down when it matters.

Felton: B. - Contract year felton? Maybe. But he has performed very well. Runs the offense when you need him to, takes it to the rim more than most of our guys, gives a good effort and rarely makes mistakes. There's a reason he has been starting when injuries occur. Just a good player to have if you want reliability.

Powell: B-. - Still young, still learning. His confidence is shaky as his playing time fluctuates but he still performs well and has a bright future. Athletic, hustles, good offensive player and has instincts that could turn him into a good defender, as long as he develops strength. A good "throw in" to the Rondo trade if you ask me.

Anderson: C. - Rookie. Hasn't played much. But has been playing more lately and has rewarded Carlisle with his play. Amazing athlete. Really has the potential to be a Jimmy Butler type of player if he develops right. His defense is already great, his offense is versatile and if he can get into a nice rhythm, he will become a major player for this team by the end of the season.

Charlie V: D. - Not shooting well. Can't play defense. Don't know why he plays so much. Hasn't been playing much the past few games. Good guy, good teammate. Should only be used for leadership and foul-trouble scenarios.

McGee: C-. - Playing alright. He has shown flashes that he might live to his potential, but I just don't think his body will let him get there. Really does try hard on the court. Can play decent paint defense. Athletic, so he can finish around the rim. Not much else to say about him, other than he could be at a B- later in the season if he can find a good groove.

Mejri: C. - Can score in short bursts with the right passes. Can rebound well. Not that good defensively but can give you some good defensive plays. A good backup to have and the more he gets used to the NBA the better he will become.

Jenkins: Incomplete. - Has rarely played. Has tools, but needs to find a work bench and organize them better.
