We've been infiltrated!

I remember a time when reddit showed both the amount of upvotes and downvotes you had; without having the hidden score for posts within an hour.

Ice talked about this as well. And I think it's the reason why all subs(looking at you /r/donald at /r/all) have low information, vague, sometimes blatant trolls getting the most upvotes on reddit now.

I know one guy who collected heaps of karma from /r/enoughsandersspam just posting bernie topics on /r/politics. I know another guy who literally faceplanted his keyboard to write something that sounds like socialism and got 6x gold for it and 2000+ upvotes; this guy being a conservative troll by the way.

But I wouldn't fault anyone for this but the admins. Maybe the guy expected some vague, libertarianish, feel-goodery posts to be heavily criticized and subjected to arguments. But reddit as a community, moved away from that model a long time ago.

Interestingly when you look at the left-right paradigm(which some ancap consider themselves not a part of). Studies have been done where conservatives appear to understand liberals better. Which is the reason why I guess an ancap wrote about using the ideological-turing-test to actually figure out if someone from a position of debate actually understands his opponents positions or not.
