What do 99% of Redditors need to be told?

I'm a little jealous, not gonna lie.

It's honestly pretty hard for me, because I have a serious mental illness characterized by fear of negative evaluation. I'll usually avoid making comments that could realistically be considered controversial, regardless of how interesting, well-researched, or genuinely helpful they might be for some people, unless I have an extremely strong opinion about the subject at hand (and even then I can't bring myself to do it in places where the response would realistically be negative).

It's something I know that I need to work on. Considering the nature of the disorder, though, that's easier said than done.
