I'm not a girl but friend shared the link to post, competetive games make even from the kindest people a toxic players. You can't just swim against the tide and expect to change it's direction. If there is something precious to obtain in a ceratin game like item or rank then people will give their best. The moment those people will feel like you drug them away from their goal this is the moment you became their enemy.

Toxicity in games was always an issue. Look at game like footbal, basketball and other competetive games. They are not any different from those you play on computer. In fact saying to someone who wants to start to play certain game "get used to it" is the best thing you can do. That's because you can't change that since it's in the core of one's heart.

I myself tend to be crazy mad whenever I lose 4 rankeds in the row, so many terrible thoughts are going through my mind in such moments. But I try my best not to "share" them with any of my team mates and enemies.

A friend of mine always get even more mad when I joke around saying you should be so toxic. That always breaks him and he start to violate people on left and right. People have different limits of anger they can contain. Sometimes you just wish the worst to someone but minutes later you don't feel that way anymore.

I'm sorry to say but the candy land you are believing in is precious and naive concept. The thing is to remember that's a video game and at the end of the day no hard feelings should remain to another.
