Be specific. Is the entire community continuously voting and tallying so that the literal instant they disaprove of a delegate, his position is revoked? No? Who decides when the community holds a vote? Who decides how this voting process is held?

He could deprive a single person of his "need" for food. Maybe this person could try to protest and get his comrades to vote out the delegate... but would the majority hear this voice? Would they care enough to take time out of their day to vote so this one person gets his food? What if the majority is racist and keeps a racist delegate in power?

What if the delegate determines 51% "need" all the resources while the other 49% don't "need" anything? How is this prevented?
