I don't send out photos for sexts, because I'm very paranoid about digital media, but I do have some experience hailing from the days of "let's-nick-my-dad's-polaroid-and-exchange-pictures, tee hee". And I we still have the pictures. Mwahahaha, naked young boyfriend pictures. Ah, nostalgia.

Tips:

1. Set the camera down the camera, use autorelease. Shots come out much better if you don't have to drape your body around the arm holding your phone.

2. Don't just make your pictures "BAM, HERE CUNT, IN YOUR FACE, GO!". Play with his gaze. Lead him to where you want him to look - with a gaze, with a pointed finger, with an arm, with a lifted leg...

3. ...and closely connected to that, tell a little story. Make it a frame frozen in time.

4. Play with a setting. Not a setting on the camera, but in the picture. Put a little mood into it.

5. His favorite "sexy polaroids" of me? You'll find much of the above worked into them

• One where I'm standing naked with my back against a tress, hands on the trunk, just the face looking somewhere into the distance, and a a stealthy, naughty boob squeezed in my hand. Sexy + the promise of spring and nature = sexy+1
• One where I'm showing my vertical smile through the dressing mirror, lounging back against the wall behind me, puting- "you weren't here to play with me ;( ". Easy to arrange so you can be as revealing or modest as you like, put a hand on a boob, or maybe let it point a little further down. Very easy to make it look intimate and cosy due to the bedroom backdrop.
• One where I'm bending over the bed, hiking up my dress a bit, smiling back, lifting up one foot. Again, easy to pull off; easy to lead his gaze to where it matters just by lifting a foot; again easy to instantaneously create an intimate mood; and it seems like a still from the film "How succube-éprise was about to tempt her boyfriend into taking her from behind in her li'l black cocktail dress".
