needed a 4th for a house, one of the lasses gets a guy with a huge crush on her to take the space (unknown to us) he insists all bills are in his name, were fine since its not us who would be screwed if someone doesnt pay up.

during the first few months he gets progressively creepier, i hear 'im getting nowhere but im so nice to them', him always making his crushes boyfriend out to be an ass plus im pretty sure i heard him sobbing when the boyfriend stayed over a few times.

electric, gas, internet, tv all goes out within a week of each other, i call around and find this guy hasnt paid those since we moved in apart from a minimum to keep the electric and gas on, contact landlord he's also late with his share of rent.

confront him and he tries to blame us saying he deserved it since we were so hostile and the lasses had been leading him on, we give him 2 days to find the money. those 2 days come and i confront him, turns out he thought we were joking and we'd give him the money again.

the part where im the asshole. i get pissed off, make him show me his account which is pretty much empty, his parents wont give him anything. since i cant change the bills into my name with the existing balance and i cant open up new accounts. me and his crushes bf start loading his tv, monitor, games consoles into the car and drive him into town to pawn it and make just over half what he owed back, i cover the rest so i can get his name off everything and take his spare car key incase he tries to screw us.

he then becomes the perfect renter, bills on time, rent on time and we never see or hear from him until we get the landlord to let him out after 6 months
