What bands sound the same on all their album?

Personally, as a "young person," (19) if an album has a certain feel I like, I want more of it. For example, one of my favorite albums of all time is All Eyez On Me by Tupac (R U Still Down? is up there as well) however I'm not a big fan of 7 Day Theory because it's got a darker feel to it. Or Loyal To The Game because they completely changed Tupac's sound posthumously with newschool beats and I just was not a fan of that.

And after listening to "King Kunta" and "i" by Kendrick Lamar, I'm really hoping there's more of that funk vibe on the rest of To Pimp A Butterfly like those songs. It's not that I necessarily want all albums to be identical, but when something sounds good you're naturally gonna want more of it. I am a fan of Kendrick, but I tend to enjoy the upbeat music more than the dark and personal ones. Not to say those are bad, I can listen to them all day given the right mood, but when there's something you like and there's a lot of it, it's hard to complain. If all of Tupac's albums were nearly the same as All Eyez On Me... I'd be okay with that.

All that being said though, I think it's hard for younger people to get into bands like AC/DC. I'm a fan of some of their music, don't get me wrong, but all of their songs are just so worn out to a lot of young people - by the time I was 10 I had probably heard every song on Back in Black 500 times just by riding in the car with my dad. And I know other people have had similar experiences. Not to mention all of the commercials and whatnot their stuff is used in. It tends to sound very generic to people who weren't around when that music was around. I go back and listen to any song from the 70s and 90% of them sound the same to me. We live in a kinda weird time cause since maybe sometime in the 80s, music started branching out to all sorts of different things. Rap is completely different from rock which is completely different from pop which is completely different from country which is completely different from metal etc etc etc. and we've always known it to be this way cause that's how we've grown up. But I feel like the variety was a lot more limited before our time period.
