What is the best loophole you ever found?

I'm pretty late to the game and I don't know if this constitutes as a loophole, per say.

In Canada, to be accepted to university the universities only look at your grade 12 marks. In Ontario, to be accredited as a registered private high school you have to fill out some basic paperwork and be approved by the ministry of education in Ontario. Long story short, a lot of illegitimate private high schools started popping up in Ontario where you could literally buy your marks. I'm talking you walk into the place, sit down and talk to the principal and buy high school marks.

Initially, I attended a long standing, completely legitimate, high school in Ontario. Through grades 9 - 11 I probably averaged around 70%. In grade 12 I knew I had to turn on the jets, so to speak, in order to be accepted to a good university. What did I do? Well, it doesn't take a genius to see where this is going. I went to the illegitimate private schools and bought my marks. In total I bought 5 marks for roughly $425 a mark (rough figures). My final grade 12 average was 97% between M and U credits. Granted, I did have 3 marks that I earned on my own (93%, 96%, 99%) by taking advantage of easy online credits through the catholic school board. But in no way would I have been able to average 97% at my home school.

I forgot to mention that the marks I bought were seen as identical to marks received at my home high school from the university's perspective. At least it was this way in 2010 - 2011. At the end of the day I was accepted to every top business school in the country. The kicker? I received scholarships in excess of $25,000 (a good amount for Canadian universities) simply because my marks were so high.

I made back my initial investment in the private school marks, got accepted to the best schools in the entire country, and got a boat load of money in scholarships by completely gaming the system. Others who were schooled in Ontario will attest to people buying their marks. This 100% happened.
