Grass is always greener for sure. Being single has some major perks.

1.) not being yelled at over stupid things

2.) not having to consider another person with most actions

3.) not having to fight over the other person not picking up the slack

4.) being able to do whatever you want on your own schedule. Want to quit work and move cross country? Don’t need permission. Pack up the bike or car and go.

5.) your money is just that, yours. Do what you will with it. Hoard the cash and go see the world or spend all you want and stay where you are.

Of course, being in the right relationship can be worth the sacrifice. Or in rare cases, the right person wants what you want and you guys share adventures.

The latter is more rare, thus relationships are intense amounts of work.

Don’t get me started on having kids.....
