I do not understand the demand for a Demon’s Souls style remake.

I’m currently replaying for the umpteenth time and still think it feels and looks great. I’ve been playing PS5 games lately and it’s obviously not the visual powerhouse some of those are but it doesn’t look outdated at all. I’ve noticed the frame drops but think their impact on play gets exaggerated. This game isn’t even that old.

I think a PS5 upgrade and having it run at 60 fps would be nice but not needed. A total ground up remake seems completely unnecessary. I’d be worried about anyone trying to redo this perfect game.

All that said if a remake or remaster ever does come out I’m still going to buy it day one and love every second of it.
