Honestly, expect little in the first 6-12 months depending on genetics and if your levels are good.

Some people are lucky they get a lot of facial hair by about 8-12 months on T, but then there's a lot of people like me who are coming up to 20 months on T and only just sprouting a few facial hairs and stomach hairs.

My voice deepened in the first year, but for me it's not deep enough. I hope it will deepen over the years, but at least it seems my voice definitely passes on the phone and it has done since about 6 month on T.

In the first couple of weeks on T, I grew a lot more leg hair on my shins and new hair on my calves. I also grew hair on the tops of my feet and on my toes over the following couple of months. Toe hair gets so long that I have to trim it back or it can reach a length of going past my toe nail if I hold the hair to measure xD

There aren't any other significant changes I can think of outside of that. Just things like more oily skin and dick growth practically overnight.
