Look at the internet - look at the amount of guides and articles that are meant to help men work on themselves and work on their manliness. A lot of men have drive to go to the gym, drive their careers and try to improve their personality and behavior. Now try to search the web for those things, but aimed at women. It's just diets and exercise. It's all shallow as fuck and women in general think that they cannot change their behavior - "lol, I'm such a bitch sometime, oh well - what can I do?". And it's partially men's fault, because we let bad behavior fly - after all we are there just for sex.

There is not so many girls that actually organize and do their own adventure. But if they do, it impresses men and they flock like flies. Good luck beating the competition - guys with sick abs and good genetics. Sure, they might be dumb, but don't have to.
