Literally all their directors were just winging it from day 1 with nobody to tell then what to do or what not to do and their was no real plan.

They tried to be the opposide of Marvel, trying to make every movie like the Dark Knight Trilogy. When that failed they backslid way to hard and tried to turn into marvel and ended up as a weird hybrid of the avengers and the Dark Knight Trilogy that pleased nobody. A divided fanbase where literally nobody was happy, the people who hated the movies because they got bad movies and the people who liked the movies because they kept ignoring and cancelling their movies.
