What is a growing issue that isn't getting enough coverage?

Socialism is inefficient and immoral. I'll lay out my opinions very plainly. Socialism is the government or collective ownership of the means of production and the distribution of goods and services. I'll take my own spending as an example, I spend my money on rent, food, and leisure. I pay taxes for a variety of things but I still have enough money to budget what I want to do. Under a socialist system where the government controls nearly every facet of the market I may not be left with enough money to spend on things I want because they are deemed of less importance to society. I may have to pay for higher education, transit, or parks that I don't use. This strips us of our individual liberty to make our own choices and presupposes that we as individuals aren't qualified to make our own decisions, this is immoral. Socialism is also inefficient. The free market provides indicators of what goods and services are wanted by society. It receives these indications through competition, losses, profits, surplus, and deficits. If the government owns the means of production it eliminates the market thereby eliminating any communication producers have with consumers. Can a legitimate case be made for taking the rightful property of one man and giving it to another? No. That's why socialism is immoral, it uses coercion (a despicable tactic) to achieve it's own goals while stripping individuals of their liberty. A system that is inherently evil does not become moral simply by majority consensus. We owe nothing to our government and we owe nothing to our neighbor. We as humans have the basic liberty to choose how we spend our wealth, it is immoral to strip us of this right.
