What do you think of 'Halloween 4-6' AKA the 'Thorn' trilogy?

'Halloween 4' is definitely one of the best sequels. Great cast, likable characters, great seasonal/Halloween atmosphere (Seriously. The opening title cards showing barns, fields, farming equipment is just filled with dread. It also does a great job of feeling cold. I love it) The kills are also quite simple which I enjoyed, the gore is a reasonable amount. The down fall of this film is the mask and the ending. Which alludes to a bigger picture. That Michael's evil is transferable. I hate that

'Halloween 5' is barely serviceable. Michael being in a coma for exactly one year is ridiculous (HOW CONVENIENT!) The teenagers are pretty undeveloped (I am a STAUNCH defender of Tina lol. I like her loud bubbly personality. Definitely quite different from the regular "final girl" type role) The two idiot cops with clown music is stupid, the quick disrespectful dispatching of Rachel is awful, the mask sucks. Plus the guy in black who just walks in and out of frame occasionally in which were told nothing about him or how he fits into the film. Only that he breaks Michael out in the end. The pros are quite small, I thought Danielle Harris gave a great performance (She's great in 4 and 5. Probably the best child performance I've ever seen) and everything from the barn attack to the end is intense. That's about it. This film is largely bad

'Halloween 6' is pretty bad. I HATE the thorn stuff. It's stupid, ridiculous and not needed at all. It's such an awful origin story. I also don't really care for the characters, the mask or the death scenes. This film has a decent Halloween atmosphere but that's it. I've seen this film once and that's enough.
