'What in the hell are we doing?' Divided Senate Republicans clash over coronavirus relief

I am Independent

I mean things to factor in outside of relief is this...

1 child, COVID can't send to daycare, and have to reduce hours/work at home/quit job

Solutions -

Unemployment for family members having to reduce work hours or leave work for 24 months. Max unemployment is 75% of individuals monthly pay. Does not need to continually file.

Unemployment max is $1,000 week. Last for 24 months. Individuals must actively be seeking work and continuously filing weekly.

Tax prebate of $1,000 a month for 12 months to anyone making $100,000 or less a year. Must be 18 or older. Must be a US Citizen or pay income taxes/have permanent residence in the US to be eligible. After 12 .months transition to permanent tax prebate funded by VAT taxes.

Increase funding towards education to ensure schools have resources to provide remote learning for 24 months.

Increase funding to improve internet service across the US.

Increase funding towards medical research for COVID 19.

Increase funding to make medical equipment to utilize in the COVID 19 field. Increase supplies of PPE.

Seems pretty simple.
