What is a lesson you learned from your parents marriage?

What I have learned from my parents marriage is don’t have kids when you know that your marriage is made to break. Don’t put other people in misery because you are miserable. And quite frankly DONT GET MARRIED! HONESTLY ITS A TRAP!

I am almost 25 and honestly I don’t feel the urge of getting married.. not even close. There are potentials but when it comes to close it always brings me back to the same thought and that is that i don’t want to get married. My parents showed me all the ways how a marriage should not be and i don’t see the point of getting married. I think that if I wasn’t a muslim that i would never get married. The islam teaches us to be good and to be respectful to others but mostly to ourselves and you should get married to get you away from haram things but i just dont see the point of getting married...
