What is the most awkward situation you were in as a child?

I went on a trip to Islay and Arran in Scotland with my aunt, uncle and cousins when I was around 12 or 13. On the flight over I watched Rookie of the Year (that baseball movie from the early 90s). Anyway, in that movie, the pitching coach is in a hotel and gets trapped between those doors that connect two rooms together.

Once we get to the first hotel my younger cousin and I are sharing a room and we notice we have those same doors. I thought it'd be funny to copy the movie so I opened our end and stuck myself between the doors and had my cousin shut it behind me. It was incredibly snug so I had to put my hands up in that "I surrender" position just to fit into the space but I managed. I just kind of stood there for a bit, chuckling to myself for some reason. Apparently the chuckling was enough for my stomach to press against the other door and gently force it open.

It opened ever so slowly and had time to shut it but just stood there in stunned silence, arms raised as the situation unfolded. The door opened to reveal an older couple just finishing their shower. Both completely naked, the husband on the bed watching TV and the wife just walking out of the bathroom, hair wrapped in her towel. They didn't notice me at first so I just pulled a Dr. Grant, because obviously human vision is based on movement, hoping they'd never see me.

It took a bit for the wife to notice but eventually she saw the small asian boy standing, wide-eyed (or at least as wide as asian eyes get), arms in the air. She just stared at me for a few seconds, probably just trying to process what she was seeing, as the husband turned around and saw me too. There we were, frozen in time, just staring at each other for what felt like an eternity.

Eventually, though, they came to their senses and screamed the whole, "Who are you? Get out" sort of thing. I panicked and after muttering some apologies, I turned around and started pounding the door for my cousin to open up (it had locked) but nothing. The only other way out was through their front door so I shamefully turned around and started muttering "sorry" under my breath as I danced my way between the couple and out into the hallway.

The whole event couldn't have taken longer than 10 or 15 seconds but it felt like forever.
