What is the most infuriating case of double standards you've come across?

and your only qualification is you being fat yourself, I wouldn't recommend anyone to take this person's advi

Ah you have trouble reading.

I clearly explained that I am a NASM certified trainer with extensive education in nutrition. I professionally train and create meal plans for people who are both looking to lose weight and/or to build their physique. And I'm remarkably successful.

I also linked 3 peer-reviewed studies, have you forgotten those?

You linked all (essentially) the same study that longevity is increased in mice with IF. With absolutely no translation to weight loss, and no translation to human applications.

You clearly didn't understand what you linked.

Being obese isn't a qualification for health advice, it is quite the opposite. Why would I take advice on keeping drug free from the drug addict?

Again, you seem to have trouble with simple words. Let me dumb it down.
