What options are there in terms of SRS for FTM

Awesome, good for you educating yourself so now you know that there ARE great surgeries for trans men. It seems you came in with the assumption (read assumption) that they are somehow inferior, but hopefully you will listen to actual people from the transmasculine community who have done extensive research on these surgeries unlike yourself about how your assumptions are misguided and rather offensive. There are a lot of myths especially about phalloplasty out there. Also putting quotations around erection is kind of demeaning. Would you say the same of a cis dick that need a prosthesis or medication to get hard? Probably not, so maybe something to think about. It is possible to educate yourself on these procedures without portraying them so negatively, and the worst part is your negativity is based off of assumptions and myths. I'd encourage you to read up on the actual satisfaction rates for these procedures as they are over 90%. With phallo even medical doctors often cannot tell the difference from a cis dick, and even though there are some differences, it doesn't magically become a fake or inferior penis. It's still a fully sensate dick that can pee and get hard, which seems pretty fully functioning to me besides the infertility issue, but there are infertile cis guys too. Just some food for thought, I'm a trans man who plans to get phallo and your comments can be damaging to people such as myself because as others pointed out, it perpetuates negative stereotypes about trans men and their junk. Even if that is your opinion, if you don't have something nice to say just don't say it.
