What is the quickest way to learn anything by reading, hearing, watching, and/or doing something to become smarter to improve myself?

i guess i'm looking to find out what smart people have done to become smart. I have memorized the US Constitution, Bill of Rights including all amendments, the periodic table of elements including those that were discovered last year, and other things. I have read many versions of bibles to include Catholicism, Judaism, Christianity, Buddhism, and even other religious sects such as the book of mormons and the quran. I'm not religious at all, but thought I would hopefully have gained something by this exposure. I'm not quite Atheist as I have survived a few things in life that have NOT been unexplainable so that labels me as being Agnostic. I don't at all want to make this about religion. I'm just trying to share the types of areas that I've already covered in order to be suggested one area that has not. I don't know if this is the midlife crisis phase of life yet, but it feels like it might be. I've set my sights onto pop culture this year and have finally caught up on Game of Thrones, the Girlfriend Experience, Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Black Mirror, Lethal Weapons, Die Hards, etc. None of these things have helped in my eyes, except to be familiar with memes of all sorts. The last trash I binged on was the trailer park boys and it is just not for me, but it is so popular. I just don't get it and feel that I must be missing something. I've hoping to get an instructional response such as "watch this" or "listen to this" and you'll be better for knowing it. I have absolutely no passion for anything except for seeing my kids succeed and am coming up soon on the them being out on their own. I've got to find something that is my thing or i'm going to go crazy from boredom. Thanks for the response.
