What’s the strangest question you’ve ever been asked at a job interview?

I came late to the party but here's mine: this Is a really sad story, i had this girl friend from college that me and my friend hanged out with, she's cool, but her family Is a mess. Father Is 80+ years old(he had her at 60+, Viagra i guess) and her mother Is something like 65, they were sooo weird, like they are senile or something. She was the youngest of 9 sisters, all of whom no longer live there, except for this one sister who Is really creppy, i don't know how to put it inother words rather than that she was crazy. So one day we are chillin at her house, smoking a joint and drinking wine in the balcony, and suddenly her sister came in really slowly (we had never talked to her before) and start looking at us. Then she ask us our last names, and the weird part wasn't the question per se, but how she said it. like it was something really important to know for her, and after we told her, she started doing this weird face like she was making all sort of connection in her head, and finally a conclussion. She then proced to walk backwards while saying "thanks You helped to check my theory"

We were wasted at the moment so we really didn't knew What to think. We were speachless and my friend (her sister) was so embarrassed. The situation left such an awkard feeling that we just went home after that.

From that day we never saw her again (the crazy sister) we didn't want to go to my friend house because we didn't want to see her sister again. A few months later we found out she is in a mental institution. And last year i saw my friend after a long time (i moved out to another city and we stop talking, she kinda dissapeared) and she told me that her sister died from overdose at home. Again i didn't knew What to say rather than "sorry." But i felt so bad for her. I haven't talked to her ever since, don't know really why.
