If you’re going to ship a package:
-If you think that you’ve put enough tape on the box, you haven’t.
-Fill ALL of the space within the box with some kind of packing material (old newspaper works the best if you want to be a hippie about it) and make sure whatever your shipping stays somewhat immobile and in the middle of the box.
-Don’t bother with fragile stickers or writing fragile on the box, we’re too busy and too tired to care about your stuff. Our job is to get your box out of the way so we can go home.
-NEVER ship ANYTHING in a plastic storage container. Those are meant for your garage, not a warehouse.
-Drain all of the oil out of your car parts and don’t ship them loose (you know who you lazy asses are) cause we will break your shit and not care.
-If you’re going to ship clothes/items/possessions, don’t just throw them in a box. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve seen a college student’s underwear and dildo collection pour forth from a broken Home Depot box…
