Similar but to a rather messier extent - when we just started dating we had sex and he tore my vaginal wall, naturally blood came pouring while I laid lifeless in the shower (I lost 2+ litre of blood that night). We didn’t know what it was at first so we thought the blood would stop so I just stayed in the shower while he washed away the blood, I kept passing out, coming to senses, pass out again probably a good ten times. I was totally miserable and disgusting, and at one point took a really smelly poop (on the toilet). I barely knew what was happening at the time and was completely vulnerable, but he stayed and took care of me throughout. I was so sure he was going to leave me after that but here we are a year later still together
